The Komptech Crambo e-mobile slow speed shredder is one of the best machines there is for shredding all types of wood and green waste. Two slow-running drums with shredding teeth minimise fine particle and noise/dust emissions, and resist contraries. The Crambo enables easy adjustment of the output particle size, by simply exchanging the screen basket to instantly change the particle size. In addition to the proven hydraulic drive, there is a mechanical drive version for top economy. Just load material into the big hopper – the machine does the rest. Hydraulically folding hopper sidewalls make the already generous shredding chamber even bigger.

Efficient shredding

You can choose between highly efficient mechanical drum drive with automatic transmission – the Crambo direct – or the proven hydraulic drive with load-dependent speed regulation. The tool-free quick-change system for the screen baskets and reversing programs for the drums adapt the shredding process precisely to the material. Other benefits include contrary recognition as a safety feature and ECO mode as an energy saving function.

Ready for anything

Options let users configure the Crambo for the exact task. Wireless remote control and central lubrication add to ease of use, a moistening system keeps dust down, and an extended discharge conveyor allows high discharge cones. The overbelt magnet can be exactly aligned with the discharge conveyor position, for optimum separation performance.

Mobility the way you need it

On the Hooklift version, a towing setup provides manoeuvrability at the site. The Trailer version has air- cushioned axles and positioning capability, to facilitate frequent site changes. The Track version with two-stage drive and extra-wide treads can handle unhardened surfaces.
