A new addition to the Nemus range provides new hybrid power options for energy efficiency.
The new Nemus 3000 combines the proven strengths of its predecessors with innovative solutions for greater convenience and efficiency. With hydraulic or electric drive (E version), as a trailer or self-propelled on tracks, with fine particle discharge on the left or right, it meets virtually all customer requirements.
Feature such as the hydraulically foldable side wall, the extendable motor unit, and the easy replacement of the hopper belt and collection belt ensure maximum ease of maintenance.
The benefits of the new Nemus 3000 tommel screener
Get started faster
Ready to work in under 5 minutes – run out the supports, unlock the conveyors, fold them out and start screening. Nearly no other drum screen is faster and easier to get from transport to working configuration (and vice-versa).
Ready for anything
The Nemus 3000 combines the well-proven virtues of its predecessors with new solutions for flexibility and performance.
Whether handling heavy soil or bulky green cuttings the hopper, which is over 4m long and has a volume of more than 5m3, fills the drum efficiently. A load-dependent control prevents overfilling.
Comfortable operation
All elements are ideally positioned so that incorrect operation is virtually impossible. The electrical control with visualisation in “Komptech style” adds extra functionality. Practical options like hopper sensor control, central lubrication and wireless remote control with display also make the workday easier.
Maintenance made easy
The sidewalls can be hydraulically lowered and the drum lifted out quickly and safely for easy removal of encrusted material.
Numerous details make maintenance easier, like the extendable engine unit, uncomplicated hopper conveyor change, and the fines collection band that can be removed as a single cartridge.
Nemus E: Saving energy with hybrid technology
In the Nemus E all components are electrically powered for top energy efficiency. Power is provided as standard by a diesel generator or a grid connection by a standard CEE plug. This ensures flexible operation on site.
